Don't have a prescription yet — and don't worry about getting one beforehand. Simply come to our office and we will connect you with our in-network doctor via Telehealth right here on-site. You discuss your symptoms and areas of discomfort with the doctor, and we take care of the rest, including issuing the prescription on-site.

Get Your LMN from Your Doctor First

Before your visit, obtain a Letter of Medical Necessity from your primary care physician, chiropractor, or specialist. The LMN must include an ICD-10 diagnosis code and be dated within the last 12 months. Then bring it to your session — we keep a copy on file.

Already have an LMN with an ICD-10 code dated within 12 months? Just bring it with you.

Pay with Your HSA / FSA Card at the Clinic

Swipe your HSA or FSA debit card at the time of service. The session fee is $130 for 1 hour. In most cases, the card processes directly without any issue.

⚠ Tips cannot be paid with HSA/FSA funds — bring cash or a personal card for any gratuity.

Receive Your Itemized Superbill

We provide a detailed Superbill after every session — including CPT procedure codes, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and provider license info. Keep this for your records in case your HSA/FSA provider requests documentation.

If Your Card Is Declined — Easy Reimbursement

Some HSA/FSA cards require pre-authorization for massage services. If your card is declined, pay out of pocket and then submit your Superbill + LMN to your HSA/FSA plan administrator online for reimbursement. Most plans process within 5–10 business days.

File Your No-Fault Claim Right Away

Contact your auto insurance company immediately and file a No-Fault (PIP — Personal Injury Protection) claim. In New York, you must file within 30 days of the accident or your claim may be denied. Get your claim number — you will need it.

No-Fault insurers typically require a medical referral or authorization. We recommend seeing your primary care doctor or an urgent care physician as soon as possible after the accident. Contact us and we will guide you through the exact steps for your specific insurer.

No. Once your No-Fault claim is active and treatment is authorized, we bill your insurer directly. New York's No-Fault PIP coverage includes at least $50,000 in medical benefits. There is no co-pay or out-of-pocket cost for authorized sessions.

You must file your No-Fault claim within 30 days of the accident. If you already filed your claim, contact us right away — treatment can still begin as long as the claim is open. If you haven't filed yet and it's been under 30 days, file immediately and then call us.

As of January 2026, we no longer accept GEICO for No-Fault billing. GEICO patients are welcome to pay out of pocket at $130/session and may request reimbursement directly from GEICO. Please call us at (347) 738-3251 and we will do our best to work with your situation.

Under New York No-Fault regulations, only one healthcare provider may bill your insurer per day. If you receive treatment from another provider (e.g., a chiropractor) on the same day as your massage, one of those claims may not be covered. Schedule your treatments on separate days to protect your benefits.
