Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — depending on your coverage type: NYSHIP Empire Plan patients receive direct billing with no upfront cost. HSA/FSA patients pay with their card and receive a detailed Superbill (itemized receipt) for their records. No-Fault (auto accident) patients have zero out-of-pocket cost — we handle all paperwork and billing directly with your insurer.
Use the Book Now form on this site, or call us directly at (347) 738-3251. Provide your preferred days (we are open Mon, Fri–Sun), your contact info, and a brief description of your needs. Anna will call or text you within 24 hours to confirm your time slot.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand life happens — please communicate with us as early as possible.
A Superbill is a detailed itemized receipt that includes CPT procedure codes, ICD-10 diagnosis codes, and provider license information. It is provided only for HSA/FSA patients — you submit it to your HSA/FSA plan administrator to verify that your spending qualifies as a medical expense. NYSHIP and No-Fault patients do not need a Superbill — we bill those insurers directly on your behalf.
Select "Packages & VIP Info" in the booking form, or ask Anna directly on your first visit. Cash rate: $1,100 for 10 sessions ($110/session). Credit card rate: $1,170. Every package includes a complimentary Premium Facial session (valued at $100) at no extra charge.
Yes. We specialize in No-Fault (auto accident) recovery massage. File your No-Fault claim with your insurer within 30 days of the accident, then contact us — we will email you all required forms and coordinate directly with your insurance carrier. Visit your doctor for any required medical authorization. Contact us as soon as possible after your accident.
Yes! Gift cards for a 1-hour medical massage session ($130) are available in a premium physical envelope — perfect for Mother's Day, Parents' Day, birthdays, and holiday gifts. Contact us via the booking form selecting "Gift Cards" to arrange pickup.
