Process

Important Note

Under New York’s No-Fault insurance regulations, coverage is limited to one provider per day. If you receive treatment from another provider on the same day, it may not be covered by insurance. In such cases, you would be responsible for any charges incurred for our services. We encourage you to schedule your appointments accordingly to ensure full coverage for your treatments.
